At Proxy Wargaming Australia, we take great pride in delivering your miniatures safely, securely, and as quickly as possible — whether you're across the street or across the globe.

Shipping Carriers

  • Australia: Australia Post
  • International: Australia Post + partner global carriers (destination postal services)

All orders include tracking.

Packaging & Protection

We treat your models like hobby treasures — because they are.
Every order is packaged with care to ensure safe delivery:

  1. Each miniature in a protective plastic satchel
  2. Padded bubble mailer or sturdy box
  3. Bubble wrap to secure items and prevent movement
  4. Resin care & handling guide included with every order

We aim for your models to arrive in perfect condition and ready for hobby time.

Delivery Timeframes

Australia 7 – 21 days from order date
International 2 – 6 weeks depending on location & customs

Timeframes include printing, quality checks, packing, and transit.
Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs processes.

International Orders, Taxes & Import Duties

We proudly ship worldwide.

For orders shipped outside Australia, your country’s customs office may apply import duties, VAT/GST, or processing fees upon arrival.

We do not collect taxes or fees on your behalf.
You may be required to pay customs charges when picking up your order, depending on the laws in your country.

U.S. Import & Tariff Information

For customers in the United States:

  • U.S. import rules now apply tariffs on all shipments intended for business use
  • Orders over USD $800 may also be subject to U.S. customs duties under federal regulations

These charges, if applicable, are not collected by us and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your doorstep.

Damaged Orders

In the rare case your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours
  2. Provide photos of the issue
  3. We’ll work with you to make it right
